Bridgeview's residential platform is based on permanent volumetric modular construction, an advanced building method that transfers a substantial portion of construction into a controlled manufacturing environment.
The structural system, walls, building services, bathrooms, kitchens, fixtures, interior finishes, and furnishings can be produced and installed under factory-controlled conditions. At the same time, local teams prepare the land, infrastructure, foundations, utilities, and community amenities.
Once the site is ready, completed building modules are transported to the Dominican Republic, assembled, connected, inspected, finished, and commissioned.
This parallel process is designed to reduce construction time, improve quality control, limit weather-related delays, and create a repeatable delivery system capable of serving projects ranging from individual coastal communities to national housing programs.
Our Target: Contract to Keys in Less Than Six Months
Bridgeview's delivery model is designed to move engineering, permitting, site preparation, foundation work, manufacturing, transportation, installation, finishing, and commissioning through one coordinated schedule.
For standardized buildings on permitted, construction-ready sites, our target is to move from an executed project contract to completed residences and keys delivered to owners in less than six months.
Actual delivery schedules remain subject to permits, government approvals, land readiness, engineering, utilities, manufacturing capacity, transportation, weather, inspections, and final commissioning.
The advantage is that manufacturing and site preparation can proceed simultaneously rather than sequentially.
